To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and that it includes all required information. PrimaBerry does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments stemming from incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

* All orders placed by 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.

Is your delivery taking too long?

International Shipping

For international shipping outside the UK, please contact us at hello@primaberry.com for a shipping quote. Please, keep in mind that any applicable local duties, customs, and taxes in your country must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These are not included in the shipping price.
